Will Mitchell
Will Mitchell is the Regional Owner of RE/MAX in Belize and the director for the region. Will is also the author of “The Investors Guide To Belize Real Estate” which is an all-encompassing guide to the Belize market. Will has been visiting Belize since he was a child and has worked on the island of Ambergris Caye for over a decade. Since then he has developed extensive knowledge of the region and has helped hundreds of clients find their dream investment properties while personally being invested in numerous deals in this market. Will prides himself in providing outstanding service to buyers and sellers in Belize. making it his business to truly understand each client’s needs, preferences, budget, and style. Using those insights, along with detailed market reports and customized marketing plans, Will helps clients find the perfect property or sell their home for the best possible price.
Luigi Wewege
Luigi Wewege is the Senior Vice President of Caye International Bank, published author of The Digital Banking Revolution, has co-authored economic research which was presented before the U.S. Congress and currently serves as an Instructor at the FinTech School as well as a Speaker at the Silicon Valley Innovation Centre. He holds an Italian MBA with a major in International Business, as well as a BSBA with a triple major in Finance, International Business, and Management – cum laude from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Mindy Gayer
Mindy Gayer leads The Entrust Group out of the Nashville, Tennessee office which serves the Southeast Region. She joins Entrust with over 11 years of sales and relationship management experience, seven years of banking experience, and five years of retirement industry administration experience. Mindy started in the financial industry at a very early age, when she first began working at a banking institution in high school and continued throughout her college career. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois and takes a lot of pride in her business and financial background. The retirement industry has always been of interest to Mindy. She feels that it is very important to offer education to all individuals on their options for diversifying their retirement portfolios using alternative investments through a self-directed IRA.
Darrel Bradley
Darrell Bradley was admitted to practice law in Belize on 11 October, 2007. He practices mainly in the areas of commercial law, including corporate management and corporate finance, banking and taxation law, contracts, property, employment law and administrative and constitutional law.
Darrell was formerly a Director of Youth for the United Democratic Party. He also served as Vice President of the Belize Bar Association from February, 2011 to February, 2012 and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Belize from 2008 to 2012. Darrell is also a part-time teacher at the University of the West Indies Open Campus, Belize, and he is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit Honor and Service Fraternity.
America Soberanis
At Capital Corporate Services Limited, Ms. Soberanis and her team has been responsible in overseeing the incorporation of various types of companies, transfer of land titles, spearheading client relations and expanding sales and services. She has also been instrumental in the reformation of the Compliance Department, ensuring a rapid response to the enforcement of legislation for both the Belize and Anguilla Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism initiative.
